About The Doctor

Dr. Zalucky has been practicing Gentle Dentistry in Lower Fairfield County for over 30 years and has a reputation as a leader in oral health care. He was a pioneer in the treatment of halitosis over 15 years ago when he opened a "Fresh Breath Center". He has trained with some of the world's prominent cosmetic and preventative dentists and continues his skills in post-doctoral education in cosmetic, implant and reconstructive dentistry.
Dr. Zalucky graduated from the University of Maryland College Park with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Zoology (1964). He then attended the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in Baltimore, MD where he received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (1973).
During the Vietnam era he was a Captain and received his honorable discharge as a Major in the U.S. Army Dental Corp. Reserves. His Postgraduate Dental Studies were further extended at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, New York as an Intern in Oral Maxillofacial Surgery and as a General Practice Resident. He has been an Honored Professional in "Who's Who" in Executives and Business 2002 and "Top Doctors" 2010.
He is a member of the Wilton Chamber of Commer. Dr. Zalucky and his wife Catherine have 2 sons named Daniel and James. He volunteers in local Connecticut Missions of Mercy. And because of his love of animals, he and his wife Catherine are members of The Good Dog Foundation. In his spare time he enjoys kayaking, sculling, sailing, cycling and traveling.
